1) Ginger lemonade. Add freshly squeezed ginger and lemon juice to a glass of water. To get juice from ginger, grate ginger onto a cheese cloth and then squeeze the juice while the grated ginger is in the cloth.
2) Ginger marinade for meat. Combine grated ginger, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and additional fruit juices such as orange, mango, or pineapple.
3) Ginger salad dressing. Combine grated ginger, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and salt.
